On this page we would like to introduce some very special guitars to you that have been made in our workshop through the past years. Here we present a little choice of some instruments.
They are always unique - and the accessories have been chosen very carefully to give the guitar that special unique character.

Lakewood M-54 Custom
(or: How to make a Taiwanese happy!)
Our
man in Taipei is not only a Lakewood fan, but also a realist! As such he knows
that nobody else but us could make the guitar of his dreams!
The designer abilities and ideas of a fingerpicking guitarist in Taiwan unite
with our knowledge and guitarmaking skills in exactly this M-54 custom guitar.
The fingerboard-inlay is a fusion of an octopus and the signature of the customer.
It makes it nearly up to 8 inches length.

- AAA bearclaw spruce top
- brazilian rosewood back & sides
- one-piece mahogany neck
- ebony fingerboard with koa bindings and abalone purfling, large custom abalone fingerboard-inlay reaching from 4th to 15th fret
- headstock with brazilian rosewood headveneer and Lakewood Logo, koa bindings and abalone purfling
- body with koa-bindings and abalone purfling (running around fingerboard)
- abalone purflings besides all bindings (also center-strip of back and on the sides)
- ebony bridge with ebony bridge pins (with dot)
- Schaller tuners, gold with koa knobs
- incl. Lakewood hardcase
The retail price of this custom guitar in Taiwan is about 9.500 EURO.
